Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

The profession came 35 minutes late then spent and hour in the kitchen (which did not need 1 hour) and spent an hour in the bathroom ( again did not need 1 hour) 2 smallest rooms in the house! so really unhappy as 2 hours was plenty of time to of done the kitchen bathroom and livingroom as i usually get 2 hours from my normal cleaner who was not available.
