Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Very disappointing experience. I originally booked a 3.5-hour cleaning session, and the cleaner asked for an additional hour, which I agreed to, meaning she spent 4.5 hours in my flat. Given the amount of time spent, the result is completely unacceptable. When I came home, I found that the floors were still visibly dirty and marked, surfaces and furniture had not been properly cleaned, and several areas had simply been left messy rather than tidied. There were items and bags left on the floor, the dining area had not been properly put back in order, and even the chair had been left in the wrong place. The kitchen was also left cluttered, and there is still visible dirt/limescale around the bathroom fittings. I have attached photos taken immediately after the cleaning session which clearly show the condition of the flat. I am particularly frustrated because she specifically requested an extra hour to complete the cleaning, which I paid for. I therefore expected the flat to be properly cleaned and left tidy after 4.5 hours — not to have to clean and reorganise it myself afterwards. This is well below the standard I would expect from a professional cleaning service, and certainly not acceptable for the time and amount paid. I would not book this cleaner again and I expect Wecasa to review the session and provide an appropriate refund/compensation.
