Very bad experience. I had just moved into a new flat the day before and I had no internet and no connection. Sarah could clearly see I was not opening or reading her messages — yet she never called me, not even once. At 05:46 in the morning she changed the appointment time without my approval, and later pretended to have come, writing “I’m outside” with no proof, no call, nothing. I was not able to access the website due to the lack of connection, and still the session was marked as completed and I was wrongly charged for 2 hours of work that never happened. This behaviour is unprofessional, misleading, and unacceptable. I cannot recommend her.
