Absolutely shocked by this. Paid for a 3hr 30min deep clean for a 1 bedroom apartment which was empty since we are moving out. The apartment was so dirty after the clean that the management company charged us for a follow up cleaning. We checked the day after the so called deep clean upon the handover and there was still cat hair everywhere as cleaner hadn’t hoovered properly, the oven wasn’t cleaned properly, surfaces were dusty, areas like under the couch untouched, balcony not cleaned as requested, furniture not cleaned and to top it all off, the cleaner damaged the fridge which I had to pay for. Not happy at all!!!
