Unfortunately this was not a good experience. The cleaner arrived late due to not checking the full address in the app, and the clean itself was incomplete. Several key areas were missed, including dust on surfaces and the floors, and I had to repeatedly point things out during the session. I also had to do a lot of cleaning after she left. I would not book this cleaner again for a deep clean.
