Olivia is a delight, so polite and courteous. She did a great job, got through all the tasks requested and was very thorough. Great attention to detail, she even straightened the sofa cushions.

Olivia is very polite, but she first missed her first appointment, and then in the second appointment she was 2 hours late. She is also not very thorough with her cleaning. I have had better cleaners before. The only good thing I can say is that she has good manners and is very polite.
