Cleaning: Classic one-off cleaning

This was a cleaning job for moving out of a flat. The cleaner arrived 40 minutes early before we had finished packing and was snarky and argumentative. He then returned 10 minutes early and was again rude and argumentative. The quality of cleaning was poor — skirting boards, walls, fridge were all untouched. Parts of the bathroom were untouched and left dirty and moldy. Cobwebs in corners, some glass uncleaned.
