The feedback received from my tenants: "The cleaner that arrived on the 17th was a lovely woman, but unfortunately not the best at her job. She arrived ill-equipped to clean (we had to run out and buy supplies for her that we have kept, but it felt very unprofessional), refused to clean the washing machine and bath as it required a "specialist", and left all the cupboards, floors, nooks and crannies still dirty - as evidenced by our WhatsApp messages after the fact." They had to do after cleaner left: "We have had to: - clean all the windows - clean all shelves - clean the bath and shower - mop the floors - clean the toilet and all surfaces."
