Unfortunately, I had not have a good experience. My flat is super clean always, all I needed from cleaning today was dusting, surfaces, floors and bathrooms. The flat was already extremely clean and tidy as I have my birthday party tomorrow and have been preparing for few days. The cleaning was such of a low quality. I had to show but needs to be corrected , when the lady asked me , I actually don’t like to point out, I feel very uncomfortable to do that. Very slow, dusty. The toilets very sprayed by chemical but not cleaned. My daughter’s room almost not touched, just vacuumed. My room not touched , again only vacuumed. Mirrors not touched etc. I have never had such a poor quality service I am afraid. Would like to raise a complaint . I showed the lady all the defects and areas of my dissatisfaction- I have to say she did admit to it and has been apologetic, so I felt sorry for her incompetence and felt sorry for her.
