Cleaning: Classic one-off cleaning

Very unsatisfactory cleaning. Took 3.5 hours (although we agreed 2.5 hours, enough for kitchen and bathrooms in a apartment), wasted time on easier tasks (eg kitchen surfaces) and didnt complete any area thoroughly. Didnt follow instructions (eg didnt move small appliances on a kitchen bench to clean behind them, hair ). Finally, left a toilet unfinished with cleaning product inside it and rushed the final mopping because she was running late. Would not recommend.

Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Meta was great! It was her first time with us and we loved that she showed up on time, took all our instructions seriously and was very professional as well! We are looking forward to having her back soon!

Cleaning: Classic one-off cleaning

Meta was fantastic. She arrived on time, was polite, followed instructions and did a great job. I instantly trusted her and left her to it. Returned to find my home clean and tidy. Will book her again.
