Fantastic cleaner, organised and punctual. Someone like this is quite hard to come by. She came to our home regularly, not through the app so we got a discounted rate. She really adapted to my needs and learned very quickly how I like things done. Unfortunately on her last visit some damage was done to my kitchen floor. The kitchen has recently been installed and the tiles are encaustic cement. Some dish soap was squirted in large squiggle across the floor and apparently left too long and bleached the tiles. I was pretty devastated and of course as we had engaged Melania privately rather than through the app there was no insurance covering the damage. This was pretty devastating not only because the floor damaged but also because I was really fond of Melania and I felt very let down. At me request she refunded me £30 but this obviously does not cover the cost of the tiles.
