Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning, Ironing

Mariana is fantastic. I shared a list of tasks with her in advance and not only did she manage all the cleaning but also did a deep clean of my oven. She also ironed very very well. Though there was a language gap we managed to communicate. She is thorough and meticulous and I would love to have her come back.

Cleaning: Deep cleaning

Not great. She did not do a ‘deep clean’ which is what I had booked with her. I really needed this due to illness and injury preventing me from being able to do and family arriving for Xmas the following day. So I paid premium but got very poor service. She didn’t even mop or vacuum the floor! I waited outside the building while she was cleaning and saw her leave 30 mins early (as did my internal cameras) Mop was bone dry when I returned (floor was pretty dirty as well) and hoover was empty. She didn’t even bother to change the bins so I know she didn’t vacuum and empty it + battery on hoover was 100%!
