Cleaning: Deep cleaning

My Pro was punctual, friendly and polite. I requested 4.5 hours deep clean. But I needed to direct the Pro, which is fine. My sink, the oven hood and the cooker burners and grid was not touched. Disappointing I supplied my only cleaning products, a lot of it was not used. The stairs, toilet and basin required more attention, as well as the dado rails. We made a list of what we needed done. Majority was completed. I don’t want to sound negative, but I think I have learned what to do better next time to ensure a more positive outcome.

Maria was great, she contacted us to check if she could come a bit earlier which worked perfectly for us. She is very friendly and did a very thorough clean of our house. We overestimated how much time it would take and she was very efficient so managed to get some extra bits done too. Would recommend her services.
