Maria arrived before the start time so the full 2 hours slot was fulfilled, and ensured to check with me what needed to be done and what additional tools and products were needed. She completed everything independently (cleaning the en-suite bathroom and ironing some shirts) and did an amazing job (and this was within a warm 5th floor flat during a heatwave!). Would definitely request Maria again. Thank you so much Maria, in doing this you helped me a lot!

She is a very nice person. Polite and discreet. The problem is that in our master bedroom we have a corner with a vanity table that my wife use every morning. When she left I didn’t check that corner, my wife did when she came back. That corner hasn’t been touched at all. I mean, I pay for 4 hours cleaning for a 2 bed flat, come one guys! I’m really realising that the cleaning standard in London are below average at this point.
