Cleaning: Deep cleaning, Ironing

The cleaner did a fairly decent job but I was a litttle shocked when she used nearly 2 bottles of Viakal and used that spray for literally everything (I've never seen Viakal used in a microwave for example). I did provide a very vast array of cleaning products, of which none were used. Probably the most upsetting thing was that she used the dish washing brush to then clean up after oven cleaner had been used in the oven. I can't use that brush again and will need to get a replacement. I provided a brand new pack of sponges and cloths, why none were used is beyond me. The oven clean was ok but left a lot of residue afterwards (not cleaned up effectively). The bath was done pretty well but had stained the wall with overspraying of Viakal. Overall, the flat was significantly cleaner, but the methodology was odd.
