Kaitesi arrived on time and I had everything set out for her including a checklist of cleaning required. She got through all the tasks although I had to remind her to be a bit more thorough on the bathroom (as we booked a deep clean) and on the areas that really needed cleaning like the sink and which windows to do. Overall, I am satisfied as everything was done in the time slot booked (2h 30). I just wish there was a bit more attention to detail in the cleanup such as wiping the toilet down one more time, cleaning up dust that had reappeared with things being moved, doing one more hoover once clean is completed and leaving mop to last thing on the list. Thanks!
