Joy arrived late, started cleaning at 11:15, and left at 13:20. Unfortunately, the service was not satisfactory. The mirrors were dirtier than before, despite the product I asked her to use. I had also indicated before the session that dusting and cleaning the oven needed to be done, but the bedside tables, desk, and oven were still dirty. There were crumbs left on the floor, and the bathtub was not cleaned. This was 2.5 hours of cleaning for a one-bedroom flat, which makes the result even more disappointing. I also had to tell her to empty the bins. I am therefore very dissatisfied with the service. The flat was in the same condition, if not worse, than at the start. I cannot recommend her service as it stands.
