Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Joy was lovely and very polite, and I truly wanted to leave a great review. However, the overall quality of the service didn't meet expectations, especially given the cost. Despite adding an extra 30 minutes to the booking beyond the recommended time, the work felt quite slow, and attention to detail was missing. One bathroom appeared to be skipped entirely (not hoovered or mopped), mirrors and the glass table were left streaked/stained, and the shower cabin looked untouched. Specific requests, like wiping down doors and doorframes, weren't met, and several surfaces were left dusty or stained. Better communication and prioritisation would go a long way here
