Was very disappointed with the quality of the clean and the level of noise whilst cleaning. 2 full toothpaste tubes were thrown away unnecessarily, the hover was banged and dropped down the stairs, the way that items were thrown about when cleaning was reckless and noisy especially as I had work meetings. I had noticed in the bathroom that the shower hadn't been cleaned properly and the kitchen floor hadn't been done. The flat isn't a big one so those things shouldn't have been missed. In terms of being on time, Johnson arrived late and left early which adds up especially given that it's only a 2.5hr slot which caused him not to clean the flat for almost a fifth of the booked time. In previous sessions he's left the shower screen slightly unfitted and he had broken a snow globe where the benefit of the doubt was given to do another session. I don't think I will be using him again.
