I wasn't going to make this public, but sadly, I didn't even get a response from my cleaner when I wrote to her privately. Sadly, she was 28 minutes late and broke our shower head without telling us. I found it in the evening when I wanted to take a shower. It was put back like it ever broke. The sink in the kitchen wasn't cleaned, and the sponge was left sitting in there. Sadly, she was coughing and sneezing a lot, which I understand is the illness session, but it's very unprofessional. The bathrooms were clean and I can approve of most of her work but these three point made this a not very professional cleaning job and sadly she also never responded to me regarding my broken shower.
