We had [cleaner’s name] come for the first time and overall, he did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and left our home feeling clean and refreshed. Although he arrived about 30 minutes late, it wasn’t an issue for us that day as we didn’t have any plans. We knew our checklist was quite long and had already mentioned that we didn’t expect everything to be completed — we just wanted to provide options. He handled the cleaning well and we were really happy with the results. Unfortunately, he’s since let us know he won’t be coming back, saying we’re too far and that our requests were too much. It’s disappointing since we genuinely thought he did great work and would have loved to have him continue cleaning for us.
