Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

3x cleaning sessions with Gul, the closest he came to being on time was 1hr and 45 mins late. The first time he was already 30 mins late when he rescheduled for 7 hours later. He was very polite. Cleaning was OK the first time but he rushed and missed a few things so we gave him feedback on the next visit. This became the trend.. He rushes and cleans what he can see, rather than doing the details like corners or moving things to clean under rather than round (e.g. Tables, counters, shelves). At one point I went into the office to find him sitting on the sofa on his phone. Another time he was going to leave and had completely missed a room out. When we gave him feedback again he argued that it was already clean. - it wasn't, and it doesn't matter if you're being paid to clean it! - Then because he'd finished 30 minutes early he didn't want to refund the difference - even though we'd let this go the first 2 times.

Gul Nazar honours the meaning of his name (a pleasant view] with his work. Very high standard deep clean even stayed overtime a little bit, he followed instructions exactly. I will definitely recommend him again
