I would not book Erica again. Erica called me early that morning and asked if she could arrive at 10am instead of 11am, I said no as I had an appointment prior to the clean. Erica then arrived 30 minutes late and then left early, explaining that she needed to collect her daughter. Because of this, the clean that had been done felt rushed and incomplete. Numerous areas were not cleaned thoroughly. This was definitely not a deep clean. While she was here, she said I could change the booking from 5 hours to 3 hours due to her leaving early. I attempted to make this change immediately in front of her. I read that the app says she needs to confirm the change which she said she did not know how to do. However, after she left, she denied the request in the app, which meant I was charged for time that was not worked. Before leaving, she also took out a donation box and requested a donation collection, which was uncomfortable and was inappropriate in a professional cleaning appointment. Additionally, she gave me her phone number and mentioned future bookings, which makes denying the time adjustment even more confusing, as future work would have benefited her financially in the long run. Overall, this was a stressful and disappointing experience. I expected clearer communication, professionalism and a thorough clean, none of which were delivered.
