Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this service. The cleaner arrived an hour late after saying she would only be 20 minutes late, blamed me for giving the wrong address (it was correct), and changed my booking without my consent. She still had an attitude about it stating that she can only stay for 2 hours and she won't be able to do ironing . I booked for 2.5 hours . The standard of cleaning did not meet my expectations. Although the flat looked clean at first glance, several areas had been missed or only cleaned superficially. Overall, I didn't feel the service provided was worth the time or cost, and I wouldn't book this cleaner again.
