I specifically told him it’s a Airbnb rental and I booked him for 2.30 hr for a small flat that I’ve had for years so I know how long cleaners take to clean and he still left the property without doing the laundry or changing the bed sheets and his response was “ find a way to tell your guest”. To be honest this is my last straw with Wecasa I won’t use them again.
