David was absolutely brilliant. Went above and beyond to clean what was a far dirtier flat than I’d anticipated. He did a deep clean of the kitchen, hallway and bathroom and gave me some good advice as well. Attention to detail was at the highest level. Would highly recommend.

Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Sorry to say i am very disappointed. Ive had 8 or 9 cleaners in the 20+ years ive lived in this small flat. Ive never been this disappointed. 2.5 hours is always plenty of time to clean the whole house. Always. I admit today the house was messier and i had lots of dishes on the sink and i wanted the kitchen bathroom and office to have a good clean for my mum visiting. But david who seems a really lovely guy took me too literally. As one of the other reviewers said it seems to me like he decided to spend most of the time doing a deep clean of my oven which i didnt ask for, nice that he did it but at the expense of being able to clean the rest of the house. I think he is very thorough and takes his time and would be good for a longer deep clean booking over several hours eg end of tenancy. . But thats not what i booked. He ran out of time. The kitchen was left a complete mess. Stuff scattered everywhere. Nothing was put back where it belonged. I had to tidy when he left. Sink not cleaned and looked dirty although dishes were cleaned. Office looks like he hardly touched it. Floor dirty not brushed or mopped. Bathroom looks ok but definitely not a great clean. Tiles don’t look any cleaner to me. Hallway wasnt touched. Bedroom not touched. Livingroom not touched. Appreciate i said to prioritise kitchen bathroom and office but those rooms were not done well.
