Carmen was great. Lovely woman and quite detailed which is what I value a lot.

Carmen continues to leave our home feeling in its best - what a treat to come back to after a week away! Even small elements like refolding the blankets, a great clean.

Thank you so much to Carmen, she has cleaned my flat twice now and both times has had such a brilliant impact. My space started off very “busy” and things didn’t have a home and she has not only cleaned, but has also restored order and tidiness to my home. I am so happy with the flat now. She is also a great person, friendly and invested in the end result. Carmen will go the extra mile to make sure you get the results you are after. Thanks again Carmen, and i really look forward to the next clean!

We’re incredibly happy with our cleaning service from Carmen - it’s like coming home to a hotel reset!

We hired Carmen to clean our flat for three hours, with the expectation that the entire flat would be cleaned. Based on our past experiences with other cleaners, three hours is usually more than enough time for this. Unfortunately, only the bathrooms were cleaned, and the rest of the flat was left untouched and still dirty. We were very disappointed, as the service did not meet our expectations.
