Cleaning: deep cleaning, cleaning products

Very dissatisfied with the cleaning. 1 hour prior to the end of tenancy cleaning the cleaner called me and told he cannot come. Then Wecasa sent another cleaner who came later and cannot read the instructions asking for address. Despite it was “deep cleaning” she left all deep clean work for me - did not clean shower drain, carpet, left limescale, did not clean kettle, washing machine, very bad sink cleaning and dishwasher. Luckily i understood from those multiple calls the cleaner is unreliable and came to my old flat to check the work. She left garbage inside the apartment, did not clean the vacuum cleaner afterwards, so i had to do this and also spend 3-4h after her cleaning the apartment in order to return my deposit. Overall, very average light touch cleaning and definitely very bad “deep clean” and I would not trust Wecasa “end of tenancy cleaning” for sure if you want smooth process.

Omg...Bless did an amazing job in my apartment. She went far and beyond to satisfy my cleaning needs. Everywhere was sparkling with a touch of lovely scent in the air.
