Bianca was amazing there was an issue with Wecasa as they cancelled then rebooked so I wasn’t sure if she was coming so didn’t do my usual tidying prep but she just got stuck in. She was punctual easygoing and did a great job. Bathroom was a mess as my son and his friends were home from university but it’s now gleaming
