Extremely thorough, considered approach to the cleaning undertaken. Effective and practical with an easygoing manner and lightness of touch.. She does make a quite a difference to the maisonette - it feels vibrant, fresh and the obvious care is well reflected in the finish . Highly satisfied with a smile on my face.
