Not at all satisfied with the level of cleaning. Carpet still has hairs, toilet still not clean, floor still has stains. I was told it takes 5 hours to clean a 3 bedroom house with two bathrooms. She said she is finished cleaning the entire house in 2 hours. And so the quality was very poor. I feel I wasted 100 pounds and never had this bad exprience with any cleaning agency.
