Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Tehmina is very nice, until I noticed she was on the phone constantly, almost every visit for an hour or more, when I asked her to please avoid taking personal calls since I felt it was impacting her work she got very upset an cancelled the jobs. She is honest and does an ok job but unfortunately it deteriorates with time as she got to know our family and thought it was ok to take long personal calls and talk out loud for hours. We work from home and we are a neurodivergent family so it was also very distracting. I wish she would just have taken the review and improved her work instead of quitting. But in sure we can find someone that takes her work seriously.
