Juci arrived early for the cleaning session, she worked immediately on the priorities that I listed and communicated throughout on what was needed to be completed in order of urgency. She’s good at cleaning but finishes early like half an hour early and expects to be paid for the time not worked, the first time it happened I let it go and asked her to work half an hour extra next time, the next time she said she would work extra but left an hour early.
