She cleaned for me for six months with no issues because I paid through the app. When she decided to go rough and wanted me to pay her directly as much as I pay to the app, I refused as it felt scamy. She the became unpleasant and cancelled our sessions.

Juci arrived early for the cleaning session, she worked immediately on the priorities that I listed and communicated throughout on what was needed to be completed in order of urgency. This was for an end of tenancy clean and Juci did an amazing job - I was very satisfied with the clean and her professionalism too. Thank you!

Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

She’s good at cleaning but finishes early like half an hour early and expects to be paid for the time not worked, the first time it happened I let it go and asked her to work half an hour extra next time, the next time she said she would work extra but left an hour early.
