Alexandra is not only a kind and professional lady, but she is also incredibly thorough and thoughtful. She went above and beyond, cleaning surfaces and skirting boards without me even having to ask. Her attention to detail is unmatched—the house is sparkling, and the cleaning was done to a very high standard. I highly recommend her and will definitely be hiring her again!
