Very dissatisfied with the cleaning. I've had to go back and clean the entire house. The oven was cleaned well but even the fridge had stains and the kitchen sink, bathroom taps and showers were still full of limescale. The rooms and bathrooms also still with cobwebs and dust on skirting and doors. Considering this is an empty house which was just deep cleaned 6 months ago and was in a fairly good condition to begin with, I feel like no value was added with the cleaning service booked as I had to redo the entire house after paying £152 for 7 hours of work.

She arrived an hour late and we came to an agreement that she would clean for 2.5 hours. Upon inspection, there are several issues with the cleaning. Several areas have not been cleaned properly and there is noticeable dust on some furniture.
