Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Very unprofessional service. He is not a cleaner and appeared to have no relevant skills or experience. I had to guide him through every single task and worked alongside him continuously for two hours. He struggled even with the simplest cleaning tasks, which was extremely concerning. He also arrived 50 minutes later than the agreed time without proper notice, which was unacceptable. I am genuinely shocked by the previous positive reviews, as they do not reflect the service I experienced. I am extremely disappointed with Wecasa and their apparent lack of screening or quality control when hiring cleaners. It feels as though they are allowing anyone to register as a cleaner without ensuring they have the necessary skills or experience. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
