Ordel was great in terms of the quality and his proactiveness - we’d be happy to rebook for him. I’d definitely book for a slightly longer slot next time because there was a lot to do in a short space of time.

Cleaning: classic regular cleaning

The cleaning job wasn't completed. The kitchen was hardly done-appliances, bin, sink, etc. Perhaps more time was needed. When asked to do the outstanding tasks I was told the time was over. Other areas of the house were cleaned ok
