Cleaning: deep cleaning, cleaning products

First of all, a time a date was booked only to be changed many hours later when it would have been too late to find another cleaner. I’m extremely disappointed with our clean today. I booked a deep clean and the cleaner has done an awful job. He didn’t have the correct supplies for a deep clean. He used a cloth to clean, no sponges or scrubbers. I’m still having to go and clean around the house as the job was just awful.
