Not up to the expected standard, the cleaner was booked for end of tenancy job for 6 hours and produce a basic cleaning task even I as a non professional could have done better. I have paid 155 GBP and if not refunded have to find another cleaner to finish the job. I found this a scam for the first time using your services. I need to be compensated in someway or have the work redone.
