Cleaning: deep cleaning

We booked a cleaner for four hours specifically to handle the first floor , just to clean the bedrooms and two bathrooms. Unfortunately, despite the limited scope, none of these rooms were cleaned at all. While the cleaner was punctual and polite, no vacuuming, mopping, or wiping down was done, and the areas were left untouched, rubbish piles were left in the middle of the floor. Given it was meant to be a deep clean and the cleaner had four hours the end result was really disappointing and frankly unacceptable. Would not recommend using this cleaner. We will now have to get another cleaner to attend.
