Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Please send someone to complete the job properly. I thought he did a good job until after he left and I seen the quality of the cleaning. Very unhappy with the service. Didn’t mop the floor. Wipe down the walls or clean behind the toilet properly. Underneath the taps are still grubby. Tiles clearly haven’t been washed. He was here for a whole 3 hours and I really don’t know why it took so long if he missed so many areas. I want a refund. Will not be using this service again.
