Roberte was an amazing cleaner, she was very immersed in her work and professional from start to finish. She was a huge help being very attentive to my pain points regarding specific areas that I wanted deep cleaned to a really high standard. I will be booking her again on a monthly basis, exceeded my expectations completely.

Great clean as ususual. Really happy with how I dont have to say a thing and the cleaning is done as we need it to be. Roberte helps with the physical clran but has also removed the ment load: I can be confident it will be an amazing clean with zero input needed (after going through it with her the 1st couple times obviously).

Roberte did not do a great job in cleaning my apartment. I only asked her to clean my two bathrooms and the windows in two hours but the service was very bad. She did not use the products effectively, did not clean the bathroom walls at all. When she asked me to check her work and I asked her to try again, she did, and grime did come off, but when I went back to work, she did not finish the job. My shower cubicle is in a sad state. The mirrors and windows are clean, though. Maybe she did not know what products to use. She is kind and polite, but just not a professional cleaner.
