Cleaning: Classic one-off cleaning

Roberte was friendly and professional, and was thankfully able to come for a same-day clean. However, the clean was average and not up to my standards, with a few areas left untouched. As another reviewer mentioned, areas were neglected and when Roberte asked me to check I pointed out the (quite obvious) surface-level water marks in the bathroom. The grime came off easily. After she left I noticed the kitchen sink had not been entirely cleaned and many surfaces still dusty. Didn't have anything to do with running out of time either because she had time to have a phone call. There was also a distinct smell of BO that lingered for a few hours after, which isn't what you want after having your place cleaned!
