Juliana is very polite and easy to communicate with, and is able to take direction well. We were overall ok with the general cleaning, though we felt more eye to detail would be helpful. (For example surfaces were still greasy in the kitchen after the first clean, so we had to point this out to go over it again.) Good level of light cleaning nevertheless

Juliana is our regular biweekly cleaner and she is fab! She’s always punctual and does a great job in the time allocated! She is a great communicator and always lets us know in good time if she ever needs to change the appointment which is very rare. Really pleased to have her as my regular cleaner.
