Extremely unprofessional and very unimpressive. ‘Pro’ arrived 45 minutes late, sent no message letting me know she would be late until I and Wecasa chased her. Did not complete the clean of the areas requested, cleaned the kitchen only and ignored the other areas. There was one area of the kitchen that needed a deep clean (under the sink where the pipes had been leaking) and she did a great job of this, however the rest of the kitchen just needed a *good* clean, not a *deep* one, so not sure why she spent 2.5 hours there. Wecasa asked for feedback so I sent this info through and then received an abusive message from the pro blaming me and saying my house was ‘disgusting’. I did look through her reviews before booking and could see there were a mix of 1 and 10 stars but figured I would give her a chance anyway - clearly I shouldn’t have ignored the 1 star reviews. Extremely unprofessional, would never book again and would not recommend to anyone. Save yourself the bother and book someone with consistent, good reviews.

I booked Mayra on three occasions to clean my flat. On the first occasion she did a wonderful job, and I was really pleased with how she had cleaned the flat. Unfortunately, she was over half an hour late. The next two sessions she cancelled at short notice.

I used to be a “housekeep” user until my regular cleaner stopped working there and I switched to Wecasa. I’m quite unhappy with the services, hair has been thrown into the toilet clogging it, I noticed after the clean that the cleaner used their own cloth for wiping down surfaces when i’ve clearly instructed i need mine to be used (god knows how many houses the cloth was used in!) & while this isn’t entirely the cleaners fault - while she was taking the trash out - the entire door handle came off. We live in a brand new build btw, and the handle showed no signs of wear and tear earlier.
