I have found Wecasa very helpful. The ease of communication is great they let you know exactly when to expect an update, and if they can't find a cleaner, they explain why and try to resolve it all within the app. There are no missed phone calls or emails, and messaging in the app means you can easily check back and respond whenever you want. The rates are similar to local prices, so overall I plan to stick with them. So far, it has been one of the best experiences I've had when looking for a cleaner. Our cleaner (Fadzai) was very polite and professional. She completed everything we asked of her and worked tirelessly until the very last minute.
