Natasha has a calm and pleasant manner and got started straight away, which I appreciated as I had back to back meetings and little time for a full walkthrough. She worked independently and left the house fresh, tidy, and smelling good. The clean saved me a lot of time and effort and helped me reset the home after a busy week. A little more attention to small details next time would make the service even better, but overall a positive first experience and I appreciate her help.
