I cannot recommend this professional highly enough. She went above and beyond to make my mum feel comfortable, relaxed and at ease throughout the entire clean. She was incredibly kind, patient and understanding, treating my mum with genuine care, compassion and respect. What really stood out was the way she made my mum feel. She didn’t just come in to do a job; she took the time to make sure Mum felt comfortable and supported, without any judgement. This meant so much to us, and it made what could have been an uncomfortable experience feel positive and reassuring. It is clear that she genuinely cares about the people she helps, and her kindness made a real difference to Mum. I am so grateful for the way she went above and beyond, and I honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better. Thank you so much for making Mum feel so comfortable and for treating her with such warmth and dignity. You are a credit to Wecasa, and I would recommend you to anyone without hesitation!

I'm not especially flexible on session timings, and Erica expected a degree of flexibility from me which I found difficult. Dunno if that'll be true generally, but perhaps bear this in mind if you arrange cleaning sessions with her. That apart, she's very good at her job. Don't be surprised if she talks about religion
