It took me a lot of bravery to admit to myself I needed the help - balancing being a mum and my career meant that cleaning the house was a low priority and often one I skipped on. Andreas was a calm, respectful and very pleasant person. He worked very hard for the whole 3 hours (though we did, of course, make him a coffee!), was very punctual and was professional in his interactions with us
