Lavinia was very punctual, polite, professional and friendly. She has done a lovely job of cleaning and the flat looks (and smells) so much better. Would recommend and would use again!

Lavinia was incredible - brought all her own supplies and tools and did an amazing job on some really difficult areas that had been neglected for a long time. She was considerate, professional and went above and beyond with the clean. It has never looked so sparkly! She has a clear attention to detail that not everyone does and she totally sees what makes a big difference and did it really efficiently.
