Wiktor arrived on time and was very polite on arrival. Wiktor made a point to discuss my cleaning needs and expectations with me before promptly getting started with the work. My flat was left spotless. Wiktor cleaned thoroughly, taking care to dust between items on shelves and vacuum behind doors. I was very pleased with the clean and with Wiktor's professionalism.
