Not pleased. In 3 hours just two toilets were cleaned. I told the cleaner to come down at 5:45pm and leave upstairs as it is. Still didn’t come and then came down at 6:08 pm and said do you know what time it is il take the cash for remaining cleaning, which I was happy to offer until she said her work finished at 6 but then I showed her the screenshot of confirmation confirming cleaning is for 3 hours which meant from 3:30pm till 6:30 pm. Paid £53 for 3 hours but we still had to do the mop ourselves. One of the worst experiences I had with Wecasa. Used it in the past and it was fine. Will probs not consider it in the future.

Thompson was a lovely person cleaned everything very well and very polite Won’t be using the company again though because I paid for the service with cleaning products provided and Thompson came without because the company did not make him aware and there no contact telephone number for the company if there’s any enquiries only online not really a personal touch
